Terms and Conditions.
1. Payment and Booking:
- A deposit of $250 is required upon booking to secure your Ceremony Date. This booking fee is not refundable.
- Full Payment due within 14 days of the Ceremony Date. Non-payment may result in the cancellation of the booking.
2. Cancellation and Refund:
- If you decide not to proceed with the ceremony, the balance will be refunded within 7 days of cancellation.
3. Celebrant's Unavailability
- In the event the celebrant is unable to perform your ceremony due to ill health, accident, or other unexpected reasons, including natural disasters affecting the celebrant and no alternative celebrant is available , a full refund will be issued within 7 days if an alternative date cannot be arranged.
4. Conduct of Ceremony:
- If either party or witness arrives at the ceremony and is in the opinion of the celebrant, is not in a suitable condition or unable to comprehend the ceremony, the celebrant reserves the right to refuse to proceed with the ceremony. In such cases, no refunds will be made.
5. Communication and Concerns:
- Couples are encouraged to contact the celebrant if they have any questions or concerns about services provided under this agreement. Additionally, there is a formal complaints procedure detailed on the Attorney General's department website.
